Sage Payroll on the Online50 platform is offered for a monthly software license fee that is based on your particular requirements. Choose the level of features you need, single or multi user, and how many payroll companies to include. Changing your requirement simply involves the registration of these details.

We only host one version of Sage Payroll. This is because it is important that your payroll software is able to cope with all of the legislative changes introduced from time to time and must be kept up to date with the appropriate tax parameters. This is in contrast to our provision of Sage 50 accounts where users are able to choose any version from version 8 onwards. Sage Payroll will be able to post the payroll journals directly into the Sage accounts, even if you do not upgrade your accounts software to the latest version.

The latest version of Sage Payroll (version 2008) includes support for the latest HMRC returns specification, an improved interface for dealing with the entries of payments and deductions, and now also includes Sage e-Banking software free of charge. This enables you to pay your staff electronically, and also make returns to HMRC electronically, without paying Sage any further fees.
